Patricia Barber – Clique MQA CD
Discover Clique, Patricia Barber's all-standards jazz album, on MQA-encoded CD from IMPEX Records. Released in 2021, this successor to Nightclub brings Barber's expressive vocals and sensitive piano playing to selections including "This Town," "I Could Have Danced All Night," "Straight No Chaser," and Stevie Wonder's "All In Love Is Fair."
Joined by longtime collaborators Patrick Mulcahy and Jon Deitemyer, with guitarist Neal Alger and saxophonist Jim Gailloreto, Barber explores songs she has often performed as encores. Settle in for a relaxed listening session shaped by warm vocals, reflective phrasing, and the interplay of an experienced jazz ensemble.
